2014 BMW 328i Luxury Line 4,200 Miles- Active BMW Factory Warranty & Maintenance

Up for sale is a beautiful 2014 BMW 328i with the Luxury Line Package and just about 4,000 miles.
The vehicle is fairly equipped for a three series:
-Luxury Line and Styling
-Heated Seats
-Tech Package (Nav, luetooth, atellite Radio, ffice/ConnectedDrive, t Cetera)
-Comfort Access (Keyless Go/Entry)
-Sun Roof
-4 Year/50,000 Mile Warranty with Maintenance (YES. This is still active despite my rebuilt title)
The car is White on the outside and is 10/10. Great condition. The black interior is a 10/10, s well. No wear that I can see, nywhere. It is very clean inside and out. Absolutely mechanically sound.
Tires, rakes, verything is in good condition. With 4,200 miles on it, he car does not need anything at all.
As far as the title goes, he car will come with a Rebuilt title.
The vehicle has never been in an accident and has never had paint/body work done to it. I purchased the vehicle with a flood branded title. I am an ASE Certified Mechanic, nd I deal with these types of vehicles all the time. All work done was completed professionally by myself, r my highly trained staff.
In this particular vehicle, ll damage was contained to the engine itself - not a drop of water to the interior passenger cabin. Secondly, he water was fresh water, ot salt water (this was NOT a hurricane damaged car). The issue was that fresh water was sucked in to the engine through the air intake. This choked the engine whenever the car tried to start. We replaced all of the pistons and connecting rods in the engine. Only one needed to be replaced, ut we always replace all of them to be cautious. We obviously changed the oil, il filter, abin filter, nd the air filter, s well. Everything else was perfect and clean. As a precaution, e also changed all other fluids in the car (though, e found no water in anything but the engine).
