1997 BMW M3 e36 coupe 5 speed manual with S52 engine (Like M5 e30 M6)

For sale, y 1997 BMW e36 M3 Coupe. I bought the car not long ago. I have since realized that the M3 2-door is way harder to get a child and child seat in the back than my old 1989 BMW 320i wagon/touring. Also it does not have enough trunk space from the stroller and all of our stuff for car shows and attending races. So, have decided to put it up for sale for something with more space for kids and stuff.
The Good:
The Cosmos Schwartz metallic paint is in excellent condition with minimal dents and scratches for a car of this age. I just hand-washed, axed, nd buffed the paint and it looks amazing up close. I was not a Cosmos black fan before this car but looking at the paint in the sunlight is like staring into the universe at night through a telescope.
A/C BLOWS ICE COLD!
Interior is a beautiful, oft, lack leather with no rips or tears.
The car will come with the non-airbag aftermarket 3-spoke wheel pictured OR a standard e36 airbag wheel, he choice is yours.
The only rust on the car is a dime-sized spot below the rear license plate. I only buy cars with little to no rust so rest assured this is a clean car up top and underneath.
All of the interior lighting and pixels work perfectly
The control arm pockets are undamaged and in good shape. Read up on this e36 problem if you wonder what this is. I have taken an extensive look under this car and it is in excellent shape.
The car comes with the pop-out rear windows ; you can pop them open for better ventilation
Comes with a Motion Motorsports undertray which replaces the tons of plastic pieces that go missing from the factory
Amazing Pioneer radio with Bluetooth AND USB cable connection that can read all the music on your device’s memory. I normally prefer stock head units but this radio is so modern and capable that its my favorite aftermarket radio I’ve ever used.
Has optional, eated Vader seats which are highly desirable and comfortable
Short-shift kit from a MZ3
Has a cold-air intake box with big cylinder/cone air filter
Windows are tinted, would guess between 35% and 50% level.

The car drives fantastically. It is by far the nicest BMW I have ever owned and not coincidently it is the most I have ever paid for a BMW. I do not want to take a loss on this car so make appropriate offers for a car with this S52 engine, his condition and this level of performance.
The Bad:
201,011 miles (but you would not know it)…no smoke from the engine, ulls so strong and the shifter is smooth, o whining or grinding anywhere from engine or drivetrain
Needs the passenger window motor replaced, he gears are worn. I bought a new motor and regulator and they will be included in the car when they arrive in the mail
VANOS rattles a little, ike most e36s. This is not a danger nor problem, ust annoying to some when the car is at low throttle or low-idle.
There is a nickel-size crack in the windshield low on the passenger side and another to the left of the driver's view. Neither is a problem for the driver
Drivers-side front brake duct is missing. They are $32 online but I don't race the car or take it on track so it was not an urgent repair.
The CD disc changer in the back is missing it's cartride, ot that you will be using it with the Pioneer MP3/Bluetooth/USB head unit installed in the car
There is a rattle over some bumps from behind the drivers right shoulder. Might be the shock mount but it is new so that would be surprising
I just ordered a new glove box latch button (just the plastic piece you push to unlock the latch) as the car's original one was missing. I will include it in the sale if it arrives in time or I will mail it to the buyer.
Has a little dent on the passenger side near the door
