This 2001 BMW E46 M3 Convertible was sold new in Miami, lorida. CarProof history shows registrations in Florida and Georgia before being imported to Canada. The front windshield was replaced due to rock chip in 2012. There is a very small insurance claims ($350) for a touchup on the rear bumper and another for a scratch on the front left bumper - both of which were repaired professionally. The factory recalls have been done at the BMW Dealership here in Victoria, C, anada. The vehicle history is attached at the end of the photographs below. Paintwork is in very good condition with only a couple of small marks. The stance is really strong on this M3 - it’s one of the nicest E46 M3 convertibles I’ve seen to date. Loaded with options and very cleanly upgraded.
Mileage is 116,637 miles from new, ost of which is highway driving. Services include the warranty replacement for the crankshaft bearings (recalls done), ll the bushings, ifferential mounts, nbsp;spark plugs and regular maintanence (oil change every 3,500 miles). Present owner has owned many BMWs and is meticulous about maintaining “like new” condition of his vehicles. It drives like a coupe, hich is pretty impressive!
It has some very tasteful modifications, ncluding adjustable KW Variant 2 Coilovers, horter sway-bar, OTORA Big Brake Kit (front), ogue Engineering Exhaust, ouchscreen Kenwood Navigation/Stereo with JL10W6 Subwoofers & twin Rear Screens, ruppe M Carbon Intake and air filter, 0” IFORGED PERFORMANCE ALLOY Wheels in Carbon Black Metallic, ow profile Achilles tires… At the time they were done at a cost of $35,000 US. The convertible top is controllable by the key fob - even when the car is off! Also warm up engine lights, nce engine is warm, ight up and go out as the revs increase like on a race car. Angel eye lights changed to red and white - original whites with the car as well. This car stock is 333 hp which produces around 270 bhp at the wheels. This car has been dyno’d to measure torque and horsepower at the wheels. It rates 293.8 bhp at the wheels, ore than 20hp more than stock.
