2002 BMW 540ia Dinan Stage 3

this is a true one owner bmw. i have the original window sticker and all the keys. it has factory installed Dinan upgrades. i have the receipts. they are as follows: exhaust, ntake, hrottle body. air flow meter, ntake manifold, trut brace, ear brace, ngine software and transmission software. for the body it has received the rear spoiler and aero body kit installed by the dealer. i have receipts for this also. the stereo was professionally installed but the amp and rear subs have been removed. the box is still there that was built for the car so just add your amp and subs and your back in business. the car has a suede headliner. it was equipped from the factory with the 7" navi screen. the car has no idiot lights on whatsoever. it runs and drives amazing. the paint is very very nice but has a spot about the size of a quarter on the hood.
