1998 BMW 318ti M Sport Package Auto, 178K mi. Runs Great, Very Clean

I need a larger vehicle for work so I'm selling my beloved 318ti! It's in great shape, uns well, o accidents. It's been well-maintained, nly high quality fuel used. I'm the 3rd owner, riginal paperwork available. No check engine lights. Cold A/C, ower windows and locks all work, s does the retractable California top. Has M tech bumper and suspension. Aftermarket mult-disc cd player plus original radio and cassette.

Recently replaced: battery, nbsp;water pump, hermostat, oses and alternator. New brake pads and rotors both front and back in July. Driver fog lights and grill were missing when I purchased this so these were replaced in June.

Four new tires purchased Oct. 2014. Replaced both passenger and driver window regulators in 201

There is a sporadic oil drip. I noticed this about 3 weeks ago. I haven't yet had to refill but can see some drops of oil after car is parked for a day or two.

Cosmetic issues: Body has several small dings and single dent present when I bought the car from original owner, othing larger than pebble-size. Some of the window tint is wearing off, ost noticeably around the edges. The rear window tint was fairly well-worn when I bought this. Visibility out the window is still fine so I've never replaced it. Engine is strong and transmission shifts smoothly.

Passed smog (first time) and has a clean title.
