This is a well cared for 2008 BMW Convertible. The 328i was BMW's entry level into the 3-series and this is a well-optioned example. The exterior showcases the original gray metallic paint throughout while the interior displays the cared for upholstery, arpeting, ash and instruments. The drivetrain is in excellent condition. Power is courtesy of the VVT inline-6 3.0 engine rated at 230 horsepower, aired with the optional Steptronic 6-Speed Automatic Transmission with paddle shift feature. The wheels are the upgraded 18-inch alloys fitted with B.F. Goodrich Potenza RE050A radials all around.

These are very well built cars. All features are functional and there are no known issues with this particular BMW. This is a well cared for example.

The retractable convertible hardtop assembly works correctly. It is very fast and efficient.

This car has the comfort of a luxury/sport coupe with the open-air convertible option.

The interior features original leather upholstery in very good condition.

The 18-inch alloys are in excellent condition, itted recently with B.F. Goodrich Potenza RE050A radials all around.

The instrumentation is functional throughout.

There is some wear on the driver's seat, rimarily the bolster (shown above)

Under the hood is the dealer-maintained 3.0 Liter VVT DOHC 6 factory rated at 230 horsepower. The engine compartment is very clean and detailed throughout. There are no mechanical issues, his car can be driven daily with confidence. This powerplant is paired with the factory-optioned Steptronic 6-Speed Automatic Transmission.

The undercarriage is clean and detailed as well. This car has been garage-kept and it shows.

PAYMENT METHODS
Our preferred method of payment is bank wire transfer, r 3rd party financing. We can work with you if that is a problem. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment or approved financing in place before making your final bid. Feel free to call us with any questions.
PAYMENT OF BALANCE DUE
The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before the vehicle leaves our dealership.
TAX, ITLE AND LICENSE
We are a licensed Texas dealership. It is required that we collect all tax, itle and license fees from Texas residents at the time of the sale. We will do all of the title work. Non Texas residents are responsible for paying taxes in his/her state. Overseas customers will be charged a $30.00 fee for wire transfers. We must collect a vehicle inventory tax of .002286% and a small documentary fee of $75.00 on ALL sales.
SHIPPING
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We can refer you to a number of national and international shippers. Once the vehicle leaves our dealership, e will take no further responsibility for the vehicle.
