2012 BMW M3 - 6sp Manual, NAV, Premium Package, 20in wheels, many upgrades

I hate to sell what has been the best car that I have ever owned, ands down. But between my 75mi/day commute, y 3 kids, nd the payments, his car just isn't wise for us so I have purchased another car. I wouldn't be selling it otherwise.
Right off the bat, his is a great value because it has a rebuilt title but there is no issue with either titling it or with the car itself. It is currently titled to me (and BECU, y credit Union) in Washington and it is tabbed to 2016. I have put almost 20k miles on it in the time I have owned it and it has performed flawlessly. The previous seller assured me there was no frame damage and that the front airbags didn't deploy. Apparently, he original owner was hit on the driver's rear side but the front driver side was also damaged. The repairs were made at a shop in Portland. I will include close up pictures of the front hood and the rear trunk (outside and in). Again, have put many miles on it with no issue at all and it doesn't leak, queak or make other abnormal body or suspension noises. Just had an oil change and brake flush (standard maintenance schedule - no issue)
As to the vehicle, t is stock with exception of upgraded xenon Headlights and Halos - Philips extreme vision and Lux H8 v3 -- these are some of the brightest lights you have ever driven with! Also has different M wheels and aftermarket exhaust (not sure which, ut it is much more mean and burly than stock).
As this is a rebuilt car, t is difficult to get the original options from BMW, ut I believe it is fully optioned, inus the cold weather package, ncluding:
- Convenience Package
- Premium Package 2
- Technology package
These all include: NAV, luetooth, ard drive for audio, remium sound, ark Distance Control, arbon fiber roof, lectric folding mirrors, arage door opener, i-xenon adaptive headlights (upgraded), ampers, eyless entry, ushbutton start, he adjustable M-settings, lacked out grill, nd more.
Minor issues: I work downtown Seattle every day and the rims have a bit of rash - my wife once caught a curb turning too sharp and the rear driver's side is rashed pretty bad. I think this also affected the balance, r possibly the rim itself, s it feels A LITTLE out of balance at ~100mph --> of course, have never gone that fast . . .. and it doesn't do anything at 60, o it hasn't been fixed. There is a small, /3 inch bubble in the paint on the trunk lid. Interior is in great shape although there are a couple spots on the seats that have some distress that were circled at one time -- you can barely see it (check pics!) -- but there is a small gouge in one of the rear seat headrests. All of these are small, ut trying to convey everything. . .
If you are looking at this, o not be afraid of the rebuilt title -- like I noted above, have definitely enjoyed it and put enough miles on it to find any issues! My loan is through BECU so will be easy to handle paperwork. Contact me with any questions.

To answer some of the many questions received:
-The Kelly BlueBookvalue, ith a normal rating, s over $42k for private party. Adjusted due to Rebuilt title.- The front tires are good and the rear tires are greatbutthey are a bit wide for the car so they scrape when big bumps are hit
- There is only one key fob
- Yes, his comes with the Auto Start Stop function
- Yes, he wheels pictured are the ones included in the auction

Update:Replacing back tires with runflats that are narrow enough to not rub!!
