2008 BMW 328i Garaged Florida Car NO Rust All Maintenance, Clean Car

This vehicle is in excellent condition inside and out and has a clear Florida title. Exterior is very clean and shiny, nly visible imperfections are a few minor scuffs on the left side which I tried to take pics of. Leather interior is in excellent shape. Mechanically, his BMW is absolutely perfect and drives as smoothly as a new car. Full service was just completed and there are no warning lights on the dash and no mechanical problems. This car was a BMW CertifiedPre-Owned carthat was purchased by us with about 14,000 miles at the BMW dealer and maintained by BMW. The car has had all of the requiredmaintenance done and was always babiedwith Synthetic Oil changes every 5,000 miles. BMW always recommended way longer intervals but in the Florida Heat, always looked to change the oil every 5000 miles. We had all ofthe MAJOR stuff taken care of by BMW including a new head, t was replaced by BMW for a "ticking sound". Again, ll done under CPO warranty which has since expired. We took advantage and had the A/C gone through as well as thetranny, nbsp;rear end and all the mechanicals. Again, ince this is a South Florida car, t has been garaged from the sun and has tinted windows. The darkestlegal tint allowed in Florida.
*** I just saw that thecar fax is reporting the car as an accident car for a multi car collision. I will do what I can to have this corrected as this was simply a guy with his dually pick up scrapedthe back bumper in aparking lot while he was attempting to turn. My wife saw him and called the police. This was enough for it to be considered an accident, hich isridiculous! It was not even a moving collision. That car was in a parking spot. We fixed it on our own for under deductible.
Tires and brakes were recently replaced and have plenty of life left (PEP Boys). This car is 100% ready to go and needs nothing but a new home. Car comes with its books from BMW and service records. A great driver that can be driven anywhere. The car is a 2008 so it has minor door dings and scrapes here and there. It is sold as is and where is.
