BMW 3 Series 330Ci Convertible V6 2001 Runs Good <110,000 miles Gray and Red

We had to get a "family-friendly" vehicle, o this one has to go. I have been driving this car to work up until a week ago, nd it runs very well. Have never really had any problems with it, ther than I replaced the fan belt and a pulley about 2 years ago. Shows typical use and wear and tear. Very fun to drive car, op works, ll power options work, verything works OK. Smoke free.
Condition issues are as follows: Shows wear and use. Broken hinge on console. Trunk leaks. Top has some damage to the interior. Oil lamp and Service Engine lights stay on, r come on randomly. Small issues throughout. Car (not cabin heat) takes a while to warm up during colder weather. Would not suggest running it hard after a fresh start during the winter, r you will get erratic power. Slight odor, ike a musty smell. I have tried to show detailed pictures of the damaged items.
