**This BMW was a local trade-in at a local mega dealership and we bought it from them wholesale..We have done our best to our ability to show as much wear and tear and body condition/interior as possible..

**As shown in the pics the front bumper needs attention. There is plastic piece missing/cut off on the front bumper. The front bumper has damage towards the bottom part of the bumper as well. One of the front light is also missing.The previous owner put a nails/screws in the bumper so that it stays in it's position. The hood release doesn't work. We have taken enough pictures to show the body wear on the vehicle such scratches, cuffs, ings and dents..The interior pics are taken to show the interior wear and tear as well. The carpet is dirty in few spots. The Convertible top's inner liner is torn on the passenger side (inner cloth). There is a tear on the driver side of the inner liner of the convertible top. The Convertible Top is weak. When you are operating the Convertible Top with Power Button sometimes it works fine and sometimes the top get stuck half way.. You have to try it few times before it starts working again.. This operation of the Convertible needs attention. One of the power button for the window which allows you to control window glass for all windows doesn't work. It's broke and it's stuck. You can see in the pics that the button is cracked. The center arm rest doesn't close. The remote key's buttons don't work. It's probably out of batteries.. You have to lock and unlock the vehicle manually with the key. Check Engine Light is ON. Airbag Light is ON. This vehicle drives great for being a 11 year old vehicle with Rebuilt Title History. Engine sounds good. No major issue with the Engine. Transmission Shifts Smooth... We don't guarantee anything. All vehicles are sold AS-IS/WHERE IS. Remember you are buying a used 11 year old BMW with over 100K miles not a brand new one...
