Purlpe M3 Sedan, well cared for, nice shape! WE ARE A BMW SHOP!

Im selling this M3 for a client. He has come to our BMW shop for many years. The shop is located in Houston, avarian Machine Specialties. It is a nice car, ell kept. Lots of money spent on it over the last couple years. This car has mostly highway miles from driving back and forth to West, exas regularly. Here is a list of what has been done the past couple of years:

12/15 – Current miles

Replaced all 4 tires

Replaced battery

Replaced both pre-cat O2 sensors

Replace door pock actuator

Performed engine oil and filter change

Performed engine pressure wash

Replace wiper blades/inserts

Performed hydraulic flush

Performed power steering flush

Replaced both sway bar bushings and front right sway bar brackets

2013

Basic maintenance items

11/12 – 170k miles

Replaced leaking VANOS unit including remove and install valve cover and lock both cams at TDC compression.

Replaced noisy main belt tensioner assembly. Idler and cracked belt.

Replaced worn AC belt

Basic maintenance and flushes.

Replaced thermostat housing

Replace upper and lower radiator hoses

Replace engine air filter

Replace AC blower

Replace oil pan gasket

Replace timing chain, orn crank sprocket, ension rails and shimmed oil pump.

I know the driver front seat needs repair, t reclines back but not back up so - it will need the gearing repair.

Lots before this but, hese are the past couple of years. Lots has been done so we are asking for a higher purchase price. Ill entertain reasonable offers.
