As Is," this means that you the new owner accept the car in the condition it is in, nd that the you the new owner will be responsible for any repairs that need to be done. Taxes and Registration fees: Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, ounty, ity taxes and fees, s well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered.

The highest bidder will submit a $500 deposit within 24 hours to closing of the auction to secure the vehicle. Deposits must be made through Paypal.

Payment of Balance Due:

The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 3 days of closing of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
