2007 BMW 335i Blue, Clean, LOADED Premium/Sports/Cold/Nav/Tech w/Radar Detector!

I'm selling my LOADED 2007 BMW 335i Montego Blue Metallic automatic.
This car has only 84,000 miles and still drives absolutely great. Clean title, o accidents, lear CARFAX, araged, abied, verything tended to with a bonus amazing installed radar detector!
First, et's start with the awesome:

Condition
The car is in extremely good shape. Has lived in Arizona almost all her life (after a few short years in Oregon) and thus has never seen a real winter or salt. I've taken excellent care of her and she's ready for her next owner. The paint is easily 9.5/10, ith just a few tiny marks and imperfections. (A very minor surface scratch on the driver's side rear door panel, ut that's about the worst I could find.) No curb rash or bumper rash, ven!NO RUST!The car has had regular maintenance done, ncluding the annual oil change prescribed. There are some small interior scuffs, ut overall an easy 8/10veryclean car.
Radar Detector?
Best, he car includes a best-of-breed BEL-STI-R Plus built-in radar detector with laser jammers. (Radar detectors are legal everywhere but VA & DC. Jammers are legal in AZ, ut need to be turned off in CA. Check your state for details, ystem can be turned off entirely or just have the jammers disabled, r I can remove the system for you.) This detector costs $1,200 new (plus $800 for install) and is amazing. No more tickets! The detector is stealth mounted with a small display panel on the gauge cluster and a small control unit on the center console. It is GPS enabled and can learn false alarms and stop warning for them, nd can also warn for red light cameras. Plus, he range on the detector is incredible: 3 miles line of sight, ut still very respectable for curves and regular driving. Detects X, a, OP, nd actually JAMS laser/lidar guns from the front. The detector antenna is behind the front bumper with a truly professional install that can't be seen or detected or stolen. This is not your back-of-Popular-Science magazine crappy Cobra detector that doesn't alert until the lights are behind you.
Service Work
The rear tires are brandbrandnew (< 1k miles), hough the front tires will likely need replacing soon. The car has been checked out and found to be in excellent overall shape. She goes through a bit of oil, hich is common for this car. I top it off when it asks, nd do regular oil changes, ully synthetic only. The car has only every had 91 premium fuel. The car has had several door locks replaced, indow regulators replaced, he alternator @ 45k miles, njector rail @ 65k, hermostat just replaced, rankshaft position sensor replaced, nd a few other common bits of maintenance and repair, ll done by a reputable BMW-only shop in a timely manner. I have paperwork for basically everything as well.
Interior
The interior is in really fantastic shape. It's that super rare stainless steel trim, hich has aged beautifully and looks really slick. There are a couple speckles of discoloration on a few hard surfaces, ut these aren't really noticeable (and were that way when I bought the car, ddly, ut haven't gotten worse). The gray leather has aged and broken in really nicely with no tears on the seats or permanent stains. There is a VERY small (< size of a dime) tear on the rear passenger door panel leather from when my wife put in a tiki torch sideways and slammed the door. An easy repair, ut also barely noticeable.
Every possible issue I can think of:In the interest of full-disclosure, nd as this is a fully as-is sale, ere are all the minor things I can think of, ncluding a few from above:

• Small tear on the interior passenger rear door panel, ee pictures. Very small, arely noticeable.
• Car eats oil and needs to be topped off with a quart about every six weeks. Has always been this way, omewhat common on the turbo models. Doesn't affect driving or smell or anything. No smoke. Passes emissions.
• Hood doesn't stay propped open; needs gas strut replaced
• Per my mechanic, ransmission needs a gasket replacement to stop a very small, ery very slow leak that hasn't gotten any worse over the past few months and isn't causing any drive issues. Claimed about $450 fix.
• Some interior hard surfaces have discoloration or scuffs, ut I've photographed those. Very minor all around, nd were that way when I got the car
• Rear motorized sun shade will go up but won't go back down, ut, ho cares? Never used the thing anyway
• The upper seat control lever on the passenger side is disconnected, ut I believe I still have the part and you just insert it and turn
• A very small, ery light scratch on the driver side rear door, ut you have to really want to see it
• Windshield wipers could probably use replacing
• Only one key fob. Only one was delivered to me and I never bought a second
• No accidents, ut someone backed a trailer hitch into the front bumper & grille a couple of months ago at < 1 mph. Insurance covered everything and perfectly paint matched, o ended up with new bumper and grill and it looks beautiful and brand new, ence no curb rash.

Terms
I'm selling this as-is, o warranty, f course, nd have set a very reasonable reserve. The radar detector alone is worth $2,000 installed, nd has saved me from ever receiving any tickets.
I'll also include a great custom-cut hard windshield screen, nd a Bluetooth audio adapter that lets you pair with your phone for music through the aux port (the car's BT is phone only).
