E46 BMW M3 Manual Transmission

I recently purchased this M3 from a police officer that babied it in his garage and barely drove it and I did the same thing. The only modifications are a corsa cat back exhaust(I have the original as well) and a genuine BMW short shifter and bbs rims which the previous owner put on. The car has very minor cosmetic scratches and some rock chips on bumper and hood but completely ding free. Interior is nearly flawless. I recently had all oil and lubricants replaced including rear differential oil, otor oil using castrol, nd manual trans fluid. I had to replace the leaky rear diff seal also. Other than that the car is in great condition inside and out. The car is equipped with Harmon Kardon speakers, eated seats and moon roof. The color is carbon black. I have a lot of the service records and receipts from past purchases.
Subframe was checked by previous owner and bearing recall was also done.

Only issues the car has is the front right wheel has a slight bend in it and cause a slight vibration. I was told I could try a rim restoration service or purchase new wheel.And very rarely after driving the car and parking it for a bit it does not start on first try but always starts the second time. This doesn't happen often and my mechanic said just to wait it out until a problem code appears.
