2003 BMW 325i SPORT

Up for sale is my 2003 BMW 325i RWD manual transmission with around 187K miles, PORT package with M style front bumper. I am the second owner of this car, riginally purchased it in June of 2005 and have clean title in hand. This was my daily commute vehicle, lways garaged with 90% highway miles. The car is in good shape considering age and miles. It has valid PA inspection until June of 2016.
For last several years the car was maintained by local indy BMW shop and some recent work done on the car(from most recent) were replacement of coolant expansion tank, new idle control valve, ISA valve, ome intake hoses were replaced due to vacuum leak, alve gasket cover, il tank gasket, uel pump, ront rotors, tarter.
Mechanical issues with the car
The car occasionally throws EML light and loses power when it's pushed in high RPM. My mechanic believes that the catalysts are plugged up. Please search for "anyone solved eml drive wire throttle crash" in google for more description of the issue on one of the BMW user forums.
The water pump will need to replaced soon. There is small coolant leak after the engine is turned off and car cools down.
Angle steering sensor is bad causing DSC light and hand brake light to be on all the time.
There are some scratches, ock chips as you can expect from the car of this age and miles. The driver seat has some leather crack. The passenger seat is in great shape. The car is also SIRIUS ready. It currently has 16" wheels with snow tires. I have original 17" wheels with summer tires. The both sets of tires would need to be replaced soon.
