2004 BMW M3 True 6 Speed Dealer Maintained with Records CLEAN AUTOCHECK 35 Pics!

I am selling my clean 2004 BMW M3 due to moving out of state at the beginning of February. I purchased in November 2015 and believe I'm the 4th actual owner and the AutoCheck ownership history to be inaccurate. The prior owner transferred title to his father to handle sale which appears to have reported as an owner. The prior owner also lived in various locations and I believe AutoCheck assumed it to be new owners when registered in a different state. The car is a true 6 speed manual. I have many BMW service records and can email digital copies of the records!
Exterior 8/10:4 very minor dings that I have noticed (3 are around the passenger 1/4 panel and gas tank door, ne very light one on roof). I would consider only one to be more than light and it chipped 2 tiny bits of paint. Lower part of front bumper has rock chips. Quarter trim rubber molding dry rotted/cracking (common problem). I never car faxed but I have provided the VIN. It appears to have no paint work and the prior owner mentioned nothing of accidents. AutoCheck does not indicate any accidents either. Wheels have some chipping/light damage but, n my opinion, re not in too bad of shape.
Interior 8/10:Center elbow rest showing fading and some cracking but not ripped. Driver door elbow rest slight fading/wear. The A pillar and C pillar fabric is a little loose and could use a refresh if you're picky and want to pull it off, tretch and re-glue. This is a common problem.

• Competition package front brake upgrade (89,000 miles). Didn't notice squealing when I bought but seemed like they started squealing sometimes in colder weather when coming to stop. Could be due to the nature of the brakes I am unsure.

• Xenon headlights

• Multi Adjustable power seats (Including lumbar and side bolsters)

• All weather front floor mats & trunk mat

• Navigation with multi disc CD changer in trunk (Comes with a 2nd CD tray)

• Recently refurbished rear view mirror

A couple items to note: Front tires have tread but seem slight noisy (could be from age). There is a small crack in windshield that looks more like a small sliver or bug. Slight vibration in wheel at higher speed (around 80 MPH).

This is a very clean and well kept example of a phenomenal vehicle of it's age but it does not look like it came off the showroom floor as it's 10+ years old and has almost 100k miles. Still very nice condition. I'm pretty picky, ut I would encourage you to see the vehicle and ask questions before bidding.
