2011 BMW 328i xDrive Sedan 4-Door 3.0L - Rare 6-speed manual, well-optioned.

I purchased this 328i xDrive as from Dave Walter BMW as a certified pre-owned vehicle when it had 24k miles on it. I believe it was a lease return, o I belive it's a 2-owner car. At the time, MW's certified program was not limited to a single owner, o you will have the remainder of the 6 year/100,000 mile warranty. I also prepaid the maintenance on this car when I bought it, o you'll have the benefit of free maintenance at any BMW dealership for the remainder of the 6 year/100,000 mile period. The only thing excluded is tires, hich are in good shape and should have several thousand miles left in them.

Basically, t has every option except Navigation and Automatic High-Beams.
During the time I have had the car, t has been serviced exclusively at Dave Walter BMW, nd every bit of required scheduled maintenance has been done early or on time. The car has been very reliable - I can only recall taking it in one time for anything other than scheduled maintenance, nd that turned out to be a coil pack that needed replacing. Otherwise, t's been trouble-free. It IS a 5-year-old car with 70k+ miles on it, o there are small blemishes here and there, ut it's really in very good condition, nd what you see in the photos is its current condition without any professional detailing. Everything works, nd I don't expect anything to break in the near future, ut if it does, t's under warranty. If the car needs to be shipped, hat's at your expense, lthough I'll be happy to help with the logistics. If you or your representative is in the area, ou're welcome to come and inspect it and test drive the car (which I'd recommend you do no matter which car you choose).
If you win the auction, 'll expect a deposit of $500 to be paid through PayPal within 24 hours, ith the balance in cash, ashier's Check drawn on a US Bank, oney Order, r through eBay Motors Financing Center. If I don't hear from you within 24 hours, 'll relist the car, nd if you don't pay the remaining balance within a week, 'll relist the car and you'll forfeit your deposit. The usual rules apply regarding payment clearing my bank before the car is released. Once I get the title from BMW, 'll overnight it to you, nd I'll pay any expediting fees to make that happen faster.
