Selling a 2012 BMW 650i XI "M" with Canadian origins. Absolutely everything works. Tires are in decent shape having approximately 70% remaining. Carfax shows no accidents or mileage discrepancies and 2 prior owner's. Cosmetically the car shows very well with no flaws whatsoever. Overall wear and tear much better then expected for age/mileage. Car appears black in pics but close up the actual color is more of a navy blue.

The car is available for inspection this week in Vaughan, ntario. Winning bidder will take possession of the vehicle in Buffalo, Y and I will happily pick you up in the car at the BUF airport. In addition to a clear Ontario title, uyer will receive all import paperwork necessary to title this car in your state. These import docs include aForm 7501 import doc, PA standard form 3520, nd the DOT HS-7. This should satisfy all requirements in all 50 states, owever please double check with your local title office and if anything else is required, 'll be glad to furnish it. I'm so confident in transferring this title to your state, hat if I'm delivering the car to you, see below for details), he closing can occur right at your title office near you if need be.
If you desire a 3rd party inspection, 'm 10 minutes to a BMW Dealer and can drive it over for an inspection at your cost.
Being retired military, have the time on my hands to deliver within a week of the end of the auction. Car would need to be insured by the new owner though BEFORE I set off on the trip,as my current policy does not cover auto transport. Please call me for more information on delivery and a price quote. Cost of delivery and deposit must be paid before I set off.
Regarding payment: A non-refundable $3,000 deposit is due within 48 hours of the close of the listing. Balance is due within 7 days. I do not accept paypal for either the deposit or the balance due on the car. Accepted forms of payment are cash (in person of course) and bank to bank wire transfer. If I am to deliver the car as part of the sale, eposit must be paid as well as the delivery in advance with balance due upon delivery. I would be happy to meet with a 3rd party to inspect the car and can deliver it to the nearest dealership for an inspection at prospective buyer's expense. Changes to any of the above are only done in writing and not over the phone and must be agreed to in advance of the listing closing.
Car comes with 1 Key FOB. While the odometer and trip computer functions are in Miles, he analog Speedo has KM identified on it. However, he heads up display registers speed in MPH. I have submitted pics below showing the heads up display as well as a closeup of the analog speedo.
