Here we have my 85 635csi coupe
This is a PROJECT CARthat needs some TLC and it'd be a great collectors car.
It is getting really hard to find these old coupes that are in this good of condition!


So here is the story of this coupe,
I bought this car off a BMW enthusiast that had 3 of these cars. He parked this car 13 years ago in a garage where it sat until I bought it.. I brought it home and changed the fluids, ixed a few small things and fired it up..it ran great and shifted perfectly drove it around and parked it ....this was back in the fall and now all of the sudden the car will start but not rev up (it has to be a sensor like MAF or cold start valve but I am not sure THE CAR DOES RUN SMOOTH AT IDLE) the issue lies when you step on the gas it bogs down and wont rev up. I replaced the fuel pump and some intake hoses and it didnt fix it so it just has sat in my garage and I need to move it out and make space.
The body of this car is in FANTASTIC shape with a few small dings/scrapes here and there. The clearcoat is peeling on the roof and tunk lid. There is NO RUST, snapped a few pics of the underside to show how clean it is. The front turn signal/paking light is broken and needs replaced and there is a dent in the grill from getting backed into by our snow plow. (Thats when I decided its time to sell it and get it out of the way) The interior leather is dry and cracked but still intact. Overall it needs a good cleaning but is in good shape. The radio does not work and needs wired in (its aftermarket) the heater blows hot but the A/C needs recharged. Im sure there are some other little things that need addressed as well but overall this is a very solid car!
The trunk of the car is FULL of parts for the car..DME's, ulbs, askets, irrors, ou name it.....
The car in its current state is not drivable, ou can start it up and move it around as it idles and runs fine (engine is quiet and has NO leaks or rattles etc) BUT if you attempt to give it gas it just stalls. The clutch and transmission are great as I drove it before it started doing this. I have just lost interest and need to make room. Its the perfect car for someone who wants to invest a little time and have a really nice, are old Bimmer.
