BMW X5 4.4i Sport AWD
Super low miles! Sport package, enon headlights, ower front and rear seats. 6 Speed Automanual. Titanium silver. Grey Dakota leather. This vehicle was involved in a flood but runs great and are no signs of flooding. I have had it inspected by several BMW experts and it is mechanically sound. Transmission shifts smoothly. Two keys. This a 10 year old vehicle so expect some blemishes.
Repair work:
Secondary expansion tank replaced
Window and door switches examined and cleaned. Broken ones replaced.
Sunroof drains cleaned
Retractable rear sun shades replaced.
Known issues. These are typical E53 chassis problems or normal wear that any X5 will have. Check the forums:
Some of the interior trim is loose and the headliner is sagging in some places, ut can obviously be replaced
Spare tire is missing and tires will need to be replaced sooner rather than later.
Radio has the typical dead pixels (can be repaired)
Recently tested the AC due to the unseasonably warm weather and the compressor will not engage. Will have to be diagnosed
There is a ding in the exterior rear right corner (seen in photos) and bumper marks
Seats and steering wheel have wear. Driver's seat has a small hole. Leather expert said to repair the seat leather panel due to drying.
Left rear air suspension coils are leaking and need to be replaced.
This is obviously not perfect and is priced accordingly. Check completed X5 salvage listings. Its an excellent deal. I am being open about everything I know wrong with this vehicle. Overall it is a solid and the issues are easy fixes. I really don't want to sell.
