Original Southern California car - first sold at BMW of San Diego.
I'm the car's third owner. I purchased the car as a CPO (Certified Pre Owned) BMW on 9/27/2009 from a local San Diego Porsche dealer (the second owner purchased the car CPO from BMW and traded it in on a new Porsche).
I've upgraded to a 2011 M3 Convertible which is the reason for this sale.
Non smoker and car shows no evidence of having every been smoked in.
California registration valid until April 2016.
If car is sold to a California resident, valid California Smog Test will be performed before shipment/pickup.

• Inspection II performed at 55,542 miles including spark plugs, alve adjustment, ifferential fluid, ir filter, il and filter
• Coolant, rake fluid and transmission fluid changed within the last 3,000 miles
• Oil just changed 100 miles ago
• New Ceramic low dust brake pads and new OEM rotors
• New tires 4,000 miles ago - Hankook Ventus V12 EVO
• New Battery (1 year old)
• Passenger Airbag Recall performed
• Driver's side airbag recall - parts are not yet available

MODIFICATIONS
The car is stock except for the following upgrades:

• Euro Center Tray (removes cup holder, ut they are included if you would like to install)

KNOWN DEFECTS (photos displayed at end of photo array)

• Slight bolster wear on driver's seat (see photo)
• Slight wear on armrest (see photo)
• Navigation Screen has developed an imperfection (see photo)
• Minor nick in front spoiler driver's side (see photo)
• Rear bumper has two small depressions from being bumped by another car's licence plate fasteners (see photo)

SUMMARY
This is an excellent example of the BMW M3 SMG Convertible. The car looks great and drives beautifully. No accidents or body work. The car has always been garaged and shows it. Canvas top in excellent condition with no leaks.
