2009 BMW 328i Sedan under warranty

CLEAN TITLE. This car looks and drives like new. It is absolutely spotless. Any white marks you may see in the pictures are either reflections or snow stains. It has 67200 highway miles. I am the second owner. bought it in 2012 from Bayside BMW in NYC as a certified pre-owned. I am selling because I just bought a bigger car to accommodate a growing family. It is still under the Certified Pre-owned warranty as well as a Maintenance Warranty that I purchased (both expire in June 2015). This means that the car has been covered bumper to bumper the whole time. and if there was any problem. it would have been fixed. As a matter of fact. rear brake pads were recently replaced and rotors re-surfaced free of charge thanks to the maintenance warranty. A 31-point check and oil change was done recently. No oil change is needed for another 10. 00 miles! The V6 /3. 0 liter / 240 hp engine runs flawlessly. The car accelerates quickly. smoothly and quietly. Rear wheel drive. No GPS. no bluetooth. Otherwise fully loaded. For a complete list of features. read the window sticker in the pictures. I try to describe the conditions of the car truthfully so there will be no surprises to you. Price is pretty firm. although I am willing to listen to any reasonable offer. Issues: 1) The radio takes a little while to turn on in cold weather. It works normally in the summer. but in the winter. it will not turn on until the car is completely warm. I think there is a loose connection or fuse somewhere. Since I don't listen to the radio very much. I didn't have it fixed. If I really need to listen to it. all I need to do is turn on the heat high for 10 min. 2) The car recently had a minor fender-bender. Both front and rear bumpers were replaced.
