2001 BMW M3 laguna seca blue 6speed

Helloeveryone I'm selling my 2001 laguna seca blue e46 m3 convertibleI acquired this back in 2008and since then loved every second the color just pops very rare color combo as well laguna and black napa leather I have taken extremely great care of this car runs like a dream no issues always servicedon time sad to let it go but I'm thining out my stable.
heres some highlights
-clean title in hand-no accidents -clean Carfax-6 speed manual transmission (not smg)-just passed CA smogemissions -registration current until nov.2016-ice cold ac-convertible works perfect no issues no tears-128k-everything works as it should-no leaks-rust free!-never abused

history of repairs and serviced completed by me during my ownership
- @90k clutch was replaced with oem sachs clutch kit
-@120k the following was replaced spark plugs and coil packs, ir filter, ransmission fluid, iff fluid, ront and rear brake rotors and pads
-@123k the complete cooling system was replaced this included raditator, ater pump, an clutch, pper and lower hoses, hermostatcoolant temp sensor
-@102k all three power steering line/hoses were replaced including the power steering pump filter
-@110k the car had its valves adjusted completing inspection 2

Air bag recall has been completed at Weatherford bmw were most of the services were complted
80% all around on the tires on 19in m3 wheels
all parts used were oem or oem spec no short cuts no cheap parts
subframe has been regularly check and has no issues at all
the car overall is excellent shape and needs nothing
