2005 645ci Convertible - LOW MILES, WITH WARRANTY, NO RESERVE!!!!

Let's get right to the point...the BMW 645ci convertible is not for the wallflower types. It stands out, raws attention, nd creates discussion. The low, ggressive stance, he 19 inch wheels with ultra low profile tires, he 4.4L V8 growl spewing from the dual exhausts as you accelerate, he Transformers-like way the top folds and hides away...everything about this car screams "I've made it, nd you haven't."

About this car specifically:
The Bad
Vehicle has a branded title - previous salvage from Texas, ow rebuilt (Florida) and fully OK to register in any state. Car was hit on the passenger side and completely redone. Drives perfect, ut it's buyer's responsibility to check on insurability, tc. I personally have never had any issues during ownership.
It's now 11 years old, nd has the typical cosmetic imperfections of a car that age. Do not expect perfectly glossy paint free from chips, cratches, tc. Of note - small (less than dime sized) ding above fuel door. Approx 2 inch verticle scratch on driver's door. Other areas have been touched up from scratches, tone chips, tc. (I'll include a touch up kit with the car - has Titanium Silver Metallic paint plus clear coat).
Some bolster wear on both seats (can be seen in pics); driver's side is worse, bviously.
Some of the blackinterior coating is beginning to wear off high-touch surfaces. Also has one small (1/2") interior dig in theback seatfrom transporting a doll house that shifted during the move.
It will need rear tires in the near future. If the bidding crosses $12,500 I'll have new rears put on prior to delivery for the buyer. I don't use run flats because of the stiffer side wall and the fact that I have 24h roadside assistance through my insurance. This car has no spare or jack.
The Good - besides the fact that it's a convertible 6 series BMW
This car is loaded. Has the Sport package (19 inch wheels, luminum interior trim, ctive and dynamic steering system), old weather package (heated front seats and steering wheel, ki bag pass through from trunk), mazing Logic7 audio with 13 speakers, ingle disc in dash and 6 CD changer in glove box, iriusXM ready (had a subscription but let it lapse). Power everything obviously, 015 navigation discs, luetooth, oice control, o-touch power top, ark distance control, ain sensing wipers, daptive and self-leveling Xenon headlights with washers, nd more. It also hauls @$$. 325HP, ut it moves like it has more, articularly in "sport" mode, hich adjusts throttle response, teering, uspension, nd shift points to be significantly more aggressive. I have recently upgraded the brakes to slotted and drilled rotors with carbon/ceramic pads. Rotors will be good for as long as you own it, pads still show 10k miles till replacement. Oil just changed. Original owners manual included, riginal first aid kit still in trunk.
Car has a mere 73,615 as current mileage. May go up slightly due to usage.
The Best!!
This vehicle is covered for the next 24 months or 24,000 miles with a bumper to bumper warranty. This warranty covers everything in the car (including all hi-tech items) except items designed to wear out like tires, rakes, tc. Vehicle is sold as is. No warranties other than as described above apply. All sales are final. If you want to inspect the vehicle, he time to do so is PRIOR to bidding. Title is lien-free and in my possession. Buyer will receive signed title and bill of sale upon payment.
