It's in superb condition inside out. leather is like brand new. Minimal wear to none.

It drives like new. Everything feels tight.

It comes with 20" genuine BMW rims. The tires are like new. They still have about 75% tread left.

It isequipped withViper alarm with remote start installed by a bmw mechanic. It costs about $700. It comes with 2 remotes.

Payment Methods
Cash (in person), ertified check, ank transfers. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid.

Deposit
The successful high bidder must submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. It's not refundable.
Payment of Balance Due
The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed and clearedbefore delivery or pickup of the vehicle.

Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, ull and cleared payment must be received before the vehicle is releasedto the shipping company.

Buyer's Inspection
Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you, owever please be advised that allused vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail from normal usage.

Bid Retractions

Successful Bidder
The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes andhe/she must contactme within 24 hours to remit their deposit, ign a Sales Order, nd proceed with payment and vehicle pickup/delivery arrangements. Feedback will be exchanged upon delivery of the vehicle.

Non-Paying Bidder
If the signed Sales Order and deposit are not received within 24 hours of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 5 days following the close of auction, e reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
