Clean BMW Z3 Roadster

I have up for auction is a Clean 1997 BMW Z3 Roadster Convertible. The car comes with a 4 cylinder 1.9 engine and automatic trans. The car has almost 99,000 miles on it. The car seems to come fully loaded with every option.
The car has upgraded wheels and tires. The rears are in excellent shape,with the fronts having more wear. I would estimate another 10-15k miles left. The convertible top is manual. And can be down or up in seconds. Has 2 latches at the windshield. And tucks away in the back when down. There are no mechanical problems with the car. And I have had it all checked out. I wouldn't hesitate to drive this car long distance. The car is red. The graphics or strips you are seeing is vinyl wrap. Can be peeled off when is sits in the warm sun.
I have had this car since February and purchased it with 97,000 miles on it. I drove it up from Southern California. And averaged 29mpg. The car drives straight and handles like a slot car!
There are only a few cons with the car. And they are as follows,
The top had a cut in it that someone stitch to repair. No leaks with the top. ( Have pics of the repair.)
The airbag light is on. The code reads a bad sensor in the buckle. (common issue with BMW's)
A chip or peel in the paint the size of a small hand. Might have happen when a the wrap was removed. (Have pics)
