2001 BMW M5 Carbon Black with Titanium

For sale is my 2001 BMW E39 M5 with 109,000 miles. It is Carbon black with Ostrich leather black interior. I am the 4th owner of the vehicle (carfax shows a dealer as an owner). Clean title in hand.
Factory Options include Sport Interior with Brushed Titan Trim, Navigation System, Onboard Computer, Power Rear Sunshade with Manual Door Blinds, Split-Folding Rear Seats, M Audio with Enhanced Bass, Alcantara Headliner, Rear Side-Impact Airbags, Cold Weather Package with Heated Seats and Headlight Cleaning System, Xenon Headlights with Angel Eyes and Lip Spoiler.
The car recently had a full engine out service this winter at 106,000 miles by a BMW specialist in Chicago. All weak (and costly) points of the E39 M5s S62 have been taken care of. The following was performed with all documentation on hand.

Aside from the Dinan software, section 3 exhaust and E60 shifter, the vehicle is stock. I am probably forgetting a few things, but no expense was spared.
Cosmetically the car is in good condition overall. While it is 15 years old the car constantly receives complements from passers-by. Only notable things would bethere are some minor rock chips and door dings. There is a small crack at the bottom of the rear bumper and somestitching has worked away on the drivers seat. The car may neednew shocks in the near future also.
