Description

Okay. so. a list of good and bad things about this car in as much detail as I can think of. - I bought this car in 2007 with 42. 00? I believe miles. It was my daily driver up until November of last year. 2014. a few months ago. A short drive to work. It hasn't been driven more than 20 or so miles at once in many years. - Without exaggeration I've never driven it over 80 MPH as long as I've owned it. - I do not have maintenance records. but the oil was always changed more frequently than needed. - It runs perfectly fine. - It needs full maintenance right now (oil is new. everything else is overdue. )- It has a slow oil leak I can't figure out. It never leaks to the ground. From what I've read it's not uncommon on these. but it should be looked at. I could never find where it was leaking to. it never touched the driveway pavement. - The air conditioner hasn't worked since about 2010. When it started going hot I recharged it myself. it worked for a couple of weeks. then I recharged it again and it just went hot in no time. Whatever was leaking turned from bad to worse. - The heater linkage from the knob disconnected one day. - There's a hole in the driver's seat. - The driver's door. the part you hold onto to close the door. broke. - The door handles can be annoying to use on hot days. you have to push the door and pull the handle. Another common problem apparently. - The paint by and large still looks good. but the back bumper is starting to look iffy. and there are some nicks in the front. - The only thing ever needed fixing since I've owned it was a new alternator and some sensors. - The soft top looks like it was never used. it's still very black and new looking. BUT. the rear seal around the window is breaking apart due to age. I've only ever had the hard top off about three times in eight years of owning this car. it's never been exposed to the sunlight as long as I've owned it. Local pickup in Citrus County. Florida. only. The car doesn't have a license plate on it right now.
