2008 Hard Top Convertible, Great Condition, Low Mileage, Clean Carfax / Title

I’m the second owner of the car - it was purchased outright in 2012 at 27. 00 miles from BMW Financial. The car is out of warranty. but has been meticulously maintained by Braman BMW Miami. Fort Lauderdale BMW and European Auto World and I have 100% of the service records. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the car mechanically. nothing is “broken” on the car (except two small items. see below) and the only reason the car is being sold is because my wife is having a baby. so we need to buy a 4-door. I possess a free and clear Florida title. In the past 18 months. the car has had great preventative servicing. which will save the buyer of this car thousands of dollars in future maintenance: - New Wheel Rotors- Convertible Top Adjustment- New Convertible Top Seals and Gaskets- New Battery- New Thermostat and Related HosesIn the past 6 months. the car has had great routine maintenance. which will save the buyer of this car thousands of dollars in near term future maintenance:- 4 Brand New Michelin RunFlat Tires (the rubber injection nubbies are still sticking out the side of the tires)- 4 Brand New Brake Pads- New Bosch Windshield Wipers There are two things “wrong” with the car:- It has a malfunctioning running light that is fixed by hitting the “running lights” button on the dash. at which point the headlights and running lights all work- The airbag warning light is illuminated on the dashboard because the sensor in the passenger seat is malfunctioningThe car has some cosmetic blemishes part of normal wear and tear:- Door dings that can be easily fixed by a company like Dent Wizard- Minor scratches on the front bumper and a small abrasion mark on the hood- A tiny burn on the back seat (that can probably be fixed with nail polish)- The drivers side floor mat has some loose threads around the logo.
