BMW: 5-Series 535xi Prem Pkg Twin Turbo Automatic AWD Navigation

I have for sale a 2008 BMW 535XI with 82k miles on it. This car is in SUPER SHAPE!!! This car has everything!!! All wheel drive, Power everything, heads up display, beautiful leather twin turbo 6 cyl motor... everything!!!

Here is the backstory. A friend of a friend of mine bought this car from Carmax in April of 2012. He LOVED this car and always talked about how great is is. Well, the turbo went out just after the warranty ran out. So, he had to spend a lot of money to have the turbos replaced. In the meantime, he bought a brand new truck. (he has plenty of money.....) By the time he got the BMW back and after all the money he spent on it, and he had a bad experience with BMW service dept, he didnt care about the car any longer. He let it sit in his driveway for close to a year. I mess with cars, so he asked me to sell it for him. When I got it the battery was dead, so I installed a new battery. It will turn over but will not crank. I spoke with a friend of mine that is a BMW tech, but he is about 3 hours away from me, and said that BMW has to program it since it has a new battery in it. He said it takes less than an hour and they would charge me an hour of labor to do it which is around $130-$150. The problem is that the nearest BMW dealer is about 1.5 hours from me. I just never have time to take it out there. It has been sitting at my place for a few months now. The friend that asked me to sell it for him asked what the hold up was, and I told him I just dont have time to take it to BMW. So he said sell it like it is, so thats what I am doing. It should be a very easy and cheap fix, but I am not guaranteeing anything.... It could be a great car for someone at a great price or you could sell it after its fixed and make a killing!!!

The only blemish on the entire car is on the back bumper and front bumper. The tow truck driver damaged it when the turbos went out and he had it towed. The damage is very light and minimal.
