2003 BMW M3, convertible, 102 685 miles, most of which is highway driving. The car is fully equipped with heated seats, harmon kardon sound system, xenon headlights, smg transmission with paddle shifters on steering wheel, 19’’ premium m3 wheels, power windows, power door locks, power mirrors, air conditioning, back up parking sensors, climate control, power convertible roof.

I am the 3rd owner of this vehicle. it has a clean and clear title.

PLEASE NOTE: AUTOCHECK indicates an issue with the odometer, however this issue is simply nothing more than an issue with US and Canada metrics conversion when I registered the vehicle at a Canadian DMV(i.e. miles to kilometres). I purchased this car with 93k miles and not kilometres. This clarification also appears in the Autocheck report as you will see.

It is a Florida car. I had imported this car from Aventura, FL to Montreal, Canada roughly 2.5 years ago. I have owned many BMWs and this one has been meticulously maintained. It drives like a coupe, which is pretty impressive!

This vehicle has never seen winter and has always been garage stored. It drives & shifts well, the steering is tight and the suspension is stiff as it should be.

The cars paint is very deep, both the interior & exterior are extremely clean. There is absolutely no rust on this car. The body of the vehicle is in excellent condition, (i.e. dings & scratches).

A lot of recent repairs and maintenance have been done, namely:

· Convertible roof motor (1 year warranty),

· Convertible lock motor replaced,

· Mechanism for convertible latches remanufactured,

All of which were done on 07-01-2016 (roughly 1500$ for parts + labour);

· SMG motor unit replaced at 99k miles (roughly 1500$ for parts + labour)

· SMG Temperature sensor replaced at 99k miles

· Vanos solenoid unit replaced & Vanos components replaced at 99k miles

· Temperature sensor replaced at 99k

· Front & Rear sway bar link replaced at 95k

· Two (2) Ignition Coils replaced at 95k

· Rear tires replaced roughly 3k miles ago

· AC Freon completely refilled at 102k

Regular maintenance, full synthetic oil changes w/filter every 3K miles. This car has always been maintained. This vehicle has never been involved an accident.

The mileage may go up as the car is daily driven.

Please note: the vehicle needs the following items so as to be considered in excellent condition:

• Two (2) of the rims have a decent amount of curb rash (see pictures as reference)

• Passenger door handle clip needs readjusting, the clip causes the opening and

closing of the handle to work sporadically.

• Driver side Xenon ballast needs to be replaced causing the xenon to flicker.

• One (1) Oxygen sensor needs replacing, check engine light on due to this.

• Needs "C" Pillar trim for the interior of the convertible top Mfg Part #54317135351

under the bumper.

• Three (3) quarter sized clear coat peel near trunk

This is a used vehicle, by accepting to purchase this vehicle, you the purchaser, hereinafter the(“Buyer”), hereby understands and unconditionally consents to all of the following:

3. The Winning bidder, the Buyer, must contact the Seller within 24 hours of the auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time;

4. The Buyer must make a $1000.00 non-refundable deposit due within 48 hours of end of auction;

5. The Seller, accepts Paypal for the deposit only;

6. The Buyer’s balance is due within 7 days of auction end;

7. For the remaining balance, the Seller only accepts bank to bank wire transfers or cash in person;

17.The provisions of this agreement are severable, therefore if any clause of this agreement is declared invalid, that declaration shall not affect the part which remains;
