Silver Z4 BMW Manual Convertible 2003 2.5i <99k miles 1 owner -dealer maintained

The convertible top has not been operated in sometime. I am not sure if it works or not so assume that the convertible top motor will need to be replaced and the seals and drains cleaned associated with it. The car however is driven regularly and the engine sounds perfect and is clean, as a general rule the engine on this particular model is perfectly balanced. The car was made in Germany and has always been taken to a BMW dealer for maintenance. There are lights on in the dashboard as can be seen in the photos. The dealer told me that the reason the airbag sensor is on is because the sensor located under the passenger side seat needs to be replaced and not because there is anything wrong with the airbag itself. Also the (!) in yellow in the photo refers to a traction sensor which needs to be replaced and is located in the same location. All 3 of these parts could be purchased on ebay for around $400 total(I can send you the item numbers if desired).
