Originally sold at BMW of Beverly Hills, CA who did a courtesy buy-back (BMW Buy-back) of this vehicle to the original owner at 8,650 miles due to it ONLY having a simple seat-support rattle issue. The seat was then replaced to new standards. I have all the documentation on this. However, it took over 30 days to get a new seat, hence the buy-back (no other issues whatsoever, BMW was just pleasing a wealthy owner).
I have been the owner since 8,650 miles and it now has 99,250 highway miles, adult driven. You can NOT think of this vehicle as a lemon given it has over 99K miles and still runs like new. Don't let the mileage or buy-back phase you since BMW's routinely go well past 200,000 miles without major issues. The BMW die-hard owners know.....
