Exterior Condition- The paint is all original and is in very good condition. There are no indications of any: Rust, water damage, or accident history. The convertible top is in good condition (no tears or damage). The rear bumper has light impact damage just above the tailpipe (2" by 1" at the lower portion of the rear bumper). The hood has several blemishes from environmental or tree damage. There are 3 or 4 very light scratches around the vehicle. Any imperfections are noticeable under close scrutiny only. Overall it is in much better condition than you would expect for a car of this vintage. This BMW was definitely loved by its prior owners!
Interior Condition- The interior is equally as clean. The leather is in good condition and the rear seats are in new condition. The carpets, dash, and headliner are all in good condition. All of the interior options perform as they should including the A/C and convertible top. There is some very light wear on the drivers seat side bolster. Overall the interior is very clean.
Engine and Transmission- The engine performs as it should with no strange leaks, noises, or vibrations. There are no warning lights on. The transmission shifts as it should.
Tire Condition- The tires are a matching set of BFGoodrich with over half tread depth remaining.
The original owners manual set and one master key will be included. The BMW factory "M" mats will be included. The prior owner retained all of the maintenance records.
