Maintenance records are attached. I have receipts for most listed in those folders pictured and will be passed to the next owner. Last valve adjustment was 15k miles ago. Rod bearings replaced at 16k by BMW. Vanos checked every time cover comes off. (No tabs broken, bolts tight, filter replaced). All recalls preformed.

Interior:

The interior is in great condition. I have added a very useful tool which an older car needs: Touch screen entertainment center (navi). It has a back camera as well. All stitching around the whole car has been interlaced with white stitching. I have wraps the A, B, and C pillar with Alcantara. Looks and feels great.

Notable:

• Front A pillars fabric has faded (I can rewrap)

• Driver floor mat has a hole

• Side of seat is cracking (No tears or rips)

Exterior:

Paint is in good condition. Carbon Black is just a great color. It changes tone depending on light and will always trick your friends. There is no fading or resprays anywhere. It has some rock chips in the front and other scoff marks which could be cleaned up with a good detail.

Notable:

• Dent in the driver side door which could be pulled out.

• Front wheels have some marks on them from tires being replaced

• Rear window seals cracking (very common issue)
