1999 Bmw M3 Coupe w/Dinan Upgrade

Hey everyone, interested in selling my 99 M3 and figured i would try ebay instead of dealing with the tire kickers on craigslist. Ill start by saying im the second owner of this car and the original owner whom i purchased it from has been a tech for BMW for 20 years and still is. He did not let the car just sit hence the mileage but he took proper care of it and did not abuse nor track the car. I know that at 50k he replaced the transmission and clutch while it was still under warranty. Clutch and trans feel great & shifter returns to center always. Cooling system refresh was done at 100k. Dinan stage 2 package was installed roughly 15k miles ago. The dinan stage 2 package consists of intake, exhaust, and ecu upgrade. Heat and AC work great. All power options in the car work properly. Brakes and tires in great shape. New oem battery installed 3 months ago. The good about the exterior is that nothing is damaged or missing anywhere. Whats bad about the exterior is the clear coat is peeling on the top sections of the car. The drivers seat bolster is ripped from getting in and out of the car a lot, the rest of the interior is in decent shape. In short, the car is very solid and very original along with being in great mechanical shape. Clean and clear title in hand.
