2009 BMW 650i Convertible 2 Door - WITH WARRANTY!

Excellent condition 2009 BMW 650i Convertible, that I (sadly) have to sell. I actually just purchased it myself in February, but now that I have a baby on the way, I need something a bit more practical... at least that's what my wife says, and since my opinion has been irrelevant for years, why argue with her now. My loss is your gain.
Anyway, this is a Florida car (although I have it in NY at the moment) and I don't believe it's ever seen winter, it appears to have been well maintained: looks great inside and out with less wear than you would expect for the age/mileage. Runs very strong, I would describe this car as unnecessarily fast... it puts you back in your seat and keeps you there until you let off it. Brakes and tires are both relatively new and the convertible top appears new, as well (I can't confirm that, it just looks brand new). The car does have some wear that I'd like to specifically point out: The dash is slightly discolored for a few inches running up on the passenger side (see pics), I'm not sure what happened there, but it's not very noticeable. Other than that there are some scratches on the front lower fascia where the car has bottomed-out, and there are a few scratches on the back bumper. These scratches aren't really visible in the pics, because you'd have to be less than a few feet away to see them. Considering how small these blemishes are, this car overall is really in excellent condition. Also, this car does have navigation, but it's missing the DVDs, I believe they cost about $150 to replace.
Full disclosure: I purchased this for just over $24k in February and added a 2 year/24k mile bumper-to-bumper warranty for $4.5k, bringing my total to around $29k. I've also spent about $2k on diagnostics and some touch-up/detailing work. The warranty is through GWC Warranty (very reputable company) and it IS transferable, so you'll have about 17 months of worry free driving, making this a no-risk purchase.
