For sale is my 2004 BMW 545i with E60 (M5) package + 2009+ looking with upgrades

Beautiful BMW 545i with v8 engine 325HP dressed with 19" M5 blackout package. I have been the owner of the car for over 7 years. Car has always been very well maintained and serviced regularly.Originallypurchased from the USA with a VGA title over 8 years ago. As you can see, I have upgraded the body to OEM e60 M5 body kit done at BMW Canbec (front bumper, back bumper, side skirt, 19" black wheels, exhaust tip) + have also added the 2009 LED tail lights and spoiler turning the appearance from a 2004 5series to a 2009+ E60 5series. Blackout grill, mirrors and window posts.
Front Tires: New summer 2015
Back Tires: New Purchased in August 2016
This car has always been maintained, you are bidding on a fully loaded BMW and even being a 2004 you are buying a good looking car at a very affordable price, originally over $85,000!!!
Over the last 2 years I have done the following mechanics:

New Oil Pan
Brake Booster Recall (from BMW)
New Driver side Wheel Control Arm

All-in-all the car drives great mechanically and there are no know problems.
All kilometers are actual and car has regularly visited a BMW dealership.
Minor work could be done (new spoiler paint, some headlight condensation, small crack in driver side skirt(easy fix), brakes should be done soon)
Please be realistic that you are buying a 12 year old car.
Other than these minor repairs, I have pretty much done all the major costly repairs that over time needed to be done.
The interior is in excellent shape. As you can see from the photos, no rips, no tears, very little wear.
