Maintenance: All done by me – have receipts of the parts ordered. Except for a couple items

Water pump and Thermostat replaced a little over a year ago

Radiator replaced 4 months ago

Oil Filter housing gasket – 3 months ago

New Valve cover and valve cover gasket – 3 months ago

Coolant Expansion Tank replace – 3 months ago

Consistent oil changes with BMW recommended products

Belt and pulleys replaced – 3 months ago

Walnut Blast – done at a shop 1.5 years ago

Transmission cooler and lines replaced a year ago – done at a shop

Known issues:

Car does have a Rebuilt Title due to some rear damage prior to me purchasing

All damage was fixed before I purchase the car 3 plus years ago and haven’t had major issues aside from the normal things that go bad with these e90 as mentioned in the Maintenance section

Could use a good engine degreasing from the oil that was leaking from the Housing Gasket and Valve Cover, which has been replaced

AC Compressor will need to be replaced, blowing hot air

I believe there’s a slight coolant leak, which I can’t locate – but will monitor

Road wear on car, considering it’s my daily driver and I put a lot of highway miles

Adaptive headlight/steering sensor arms needs to be replaced ($50 part)

May need new battery soon

Open recall on the following 2 items – Airbag and Battery Cable, which BMW will replace and/or repair for free, just need to set up appointment

Small dent on left front fender near headlight

Paint in OK condition – considering an 8 year old car

Some curb rash on wheels

Intermittent idle issue when cold – shuts off once in a while at Idle, but starts right back up and no issues with driveability

Fun car to drive and all maintenance completed or parts replaced on items that needed attention.

No Turbo issues or wastegate rattle
