2011 BMW X3, X-Drive 28i

I'm looking to sell my 2011 BMW X3, X-DRIVE 3.0... I had purchased it for my girlfriend, and unfortunately she recently lost her battle with cancer. Must sell to ease the burden of bills. It's in great condition with only 34,982 miles on it. All wheel drive, new brakes and sensors all the way around. Fresh oil change. Have carfax report, with all services done at Jackie Cooper BMW documented since new. I also have the original window sticker. It has a 3.0 engine, all wheel drive, and an 8 speed automatic transmission. It has sport mode to adjust drive train and/or chassis, with manual shift option on shifter. Hill ascent/descent control, optional Space Metallic Grey paint with Nevada leather, and knurlwood accents. It has power everything of course, heat, ac, keyless push start ignition, leather interior with power seats, 2 person memory on drivers seat, heated seats and steering wheel, panoramic sunroof, auto dimming mirrors, rain sensing wipers, auto fold side mirrors, rear hvac vents, run flat tires, satellite/hd radio, BMW Assist with hands free Bluetooth calling. Led entry lights outside and accent lights inside. I'm sure there are some things I'm forgetting. Only options that are missing is the technology package I believe with navigation, back up camera, and xenon headlights. 9/10 exterior, 9.5/10 interior. The passenger side rear door has a few chips that were there when I bought it. The rest of the exterior is in great shape. Interior is excellent. Vehicle will be rarely driven so mileage won't change much. I also have it listed locally so will reserve the right to end auction early if it sells.
