2004 BMW 330i ZHP Performance Package AT Black/Black Slicktop Low Miles!!

I am selling my ZHP Performance Package sedan. I'll skip the recitation of what the Performance Package adds to the regular 330i, but if you are interested then ZHP Mafia is a good place to start. I picked the car up in FL in early 2015, where it resided since new. This car has the silver cube trim, Xenon lights, and a rare slicktop. I also added an OE homelink module which is also rare in a slicktop. The car is in great condition, with only minor rock chips, etc. from being on the road for 12 years. The interior, including the leather, is in awesome shape. I have done a ton of preventative maintenance to the car since I purchased it, as well as purchased some nice extras. I'll try and list what I can remember below:
Also included with the car are M3 transmission mounts (Current mounts are not bad - preventative maintenance item), misc. extra fasteners, and a pair of OE headlight lens covers with gaskets.
All parts were OE or OEM unless noted.
68k - purchased car, weather tech floor mats, new tensioners (upgrade to hydraulic), belts, ECS aluminum water pump pulley and PS pulley, driver side window regulator, OE aspherical mirrors
70K - Oil change, reseal transmission pan, transmission fluid, filter, rear diff. fluid, GAS DISA kit, new intake hoses, cleaned ICV and TB, new center console including gear selector trim ring, headliner and A, B, C pillars, OE homelink, air filter, cabin air filter.
75k - Oil change, complete cooling system overhaul including OE radiator, water pump, hoses, sensors, expansion tank, bracket, etc.
76k - All power steering hoses and reservoir, fuel filter, windshield cowl, wipers, added OE aux input.
80k - Oil change, new key fob
85k - Suspension refresh including Koni yellow adjustable shocks and struts, rogue engineering rear shock mounts, end links, sway bar bushings, FCABs, Z4 RTABs, and all the misc. rubber bits
86k - Oil change, Akebono pads all around with Centric E-Coated rotors
87k- Firestone Firehawk tires and alignment
Things that may need attention:
Rear passenger window needs tint reattached in one corner (currently 35% all the way around)
I haven't done the valve cover gasket or VANOS yet, but they do not appear to be leaking or making noise.
Small rock chips, etc. but nothing that would really get your attention.
