2004 BMW M3 SMG convertible- 75,750 silver, garage kept, hardtop conv. installed

Up for sale is a 2004 BMW M3 SMG convertible. Car comes with every option available incl: navigation, upgraded Harmon Kardon, cold weather package, heated seats, park assist sensors, bi-xenon headlights, halos, etc. Interior and exterior are in excellent condition. Inspection I was performed at a BMW dealership in early 2006 and Inspection II was performed at a BMW dealership in 2014. The car has had all major services, maintenance and preventative maintenance completed according to BMW's service recs incl. reinforcing the rear subframe as a precaution. If you are looking at this vehicle, I am sure you are aware of the weak areas in the E46 platform and all of these have been addressed. I highly recommend only looking at M3's with this kind of maintenance already performed or be ready to pay to have it done.
Inspection I & II -- $2.5k just for inspection II, Valves adjusted at 71,000 miles, upgraded rotors/pads, new Michelin Pilot Sport tires, upgraded brake lines, led lights throughout, new belts, new battery, ready to go.
The conversion for a hardtop is already installed on the car. This is an expensive upgrade to have and allows you to have the best of both worlds. I have already sold the hardtop, but then can be found regularly for roughly $1250 or cheaper depending on condition.
