2016 BMW M2, EXECUTIVE PACKAGE, 6 SPEED, BEAUTIFUL, EXTRAS

Hello, Up for sale is my beloved BMW M2.
This car is UNREAL to drive and is hands down the best car BMW has produced since the 1M of the early 2000s and was just named by Car and Driver as one of the 10 best driver's cars of the year. Even Jeremy Clarkson loves this car and THAT is really saying something.
The reason I am selling the car is that because certain life events have recently occurred which are prompting me to list it for sale. This is not an "I need the money" sort of sale, the car just has to go for personal reasons.
Car is completely stock and unmodified. Adult owned and garaged. It has a full Xpel clear bra on the entire front end (full front fascia, full hood, full fenders, and the leading faces of the rear fender flares) and professionally tinted windows.
Outfitted with every available option except the DCT transmission. There are no stories with this car, no accidents, no paintwork, no track days, no drifting, no hard launches from stoplights. No funny smells in the interior. No wear. Never been smoked in. No kids. No pets. The underside of the front valence has never even been scraped on an angled driveway or bumped up against a parking space block.
Car was properly broken-in per manufacturer's recommendation and I have the 1,200 mile service documents to prove it.
The interior is perfect and I will post pictures of that later, but you will not be disappointed. There are absolutely no surprises.
Just back road fun has been had with this car and it is a weekend toy/fun car for me so it doesn't get driven often, but mileage will continue to go up until it sells as I intend to continue having fun with it! :)
I have all of the original paperwork, manuals, keys, window sticker, etc. Tags are good until October of 2017.
No joyrides, no test drives unless you have cash in hand. I own the car outright and have a clear CA title in hand and ready to go.
2016 is the year you want as it has the 4yr/50,000 mile warranty and maintenance package. In 2017 BMW switched to 3yr/36,000.
The reason that the listing shows 3 owners is because I purchased this through a broker in Ohio by the name of Enthusiast Auto Group. They had to take possession of the title but the car was never there. It came straight from Oregon to me via private enclosed transport, only the title shows 3 owners.
