2008 Alpine White M3 Sedan only 49,000 miles

I am selling to get a X5 to get a larger car.
Recent maintenance:
-New factory rotors for both front wheels (have approx. 2000 miles on them.
-New upgraded break pads for front rotors (approx. 2000 miles on them)
-Replaced air conditioner evaporator (approx. 10K miles)
-Replaced oil pan due to gasket leak (approx. 10K miles)
-All tires replaced (approx 3K miles on them)
Damage
-my car has been very well maintained inside and out but naturally there is some damage and I want to be candid and note all of it...all are cosmetic
-small ding and chips on front bumper very low and hard to see unless you bend down...small chips have paint touchup
-small dent on driver side rear trunk corner, no paint damage and can be repaired easily
-dime sized gouge on the passenger front rim due
-various scratches on rim around lip due to wheel rub
-very small crack, about 1/2" on windshield (about 5 years old)
No interior damage, rear seats hardly ever used.
