Car is always garage kept, has never been track/dragged, and has also never seen snow or salt. I parked it every winter in the garage and drove a beater. I bought the car in July 2014 so if I recall correctly the free maintenance should still transfer to the new owner. Currently riding on Bridgestone Potenza so-4 Pole Position tires, size 265/285
I always hand wash my car with the two bucket method, car is in excellent condition. People never guess that it has 27,000+ miles. Silverstone leather is in great shape as well, I use Leather Masters to clean it and never used cheap cleaning products so the leather doesn't have that "greasy" look that sometimes comes from improper treatment. 70% of the time I sit on a towel to avoid any kind of dye transfer to the seats. Never been in an accident.
