What is the E46 M3 Competition Package?TheCompetition Package, known by the internal designation "ZCP", was introduced in December of 2004 as an option for the E46 M3 coupe. It consisted of the following equipment (most of which is derived from that of thelimited-production M3 CSL):
-Cross-drilled brake rotors(enlarged to 13.7 inches in front) with two-piece compound rotors (aluminum hat and outer portion connected by steel pins)
-Steering ratio reduced to 14.5:1
-M Track Mode setting for Dynamic Stability Control (raises—but does not eliminate—the threshold at which the DSC intervenes)
-19-inch cross-spoke alloy wheels(8x19-inch front, 9.5x19-inch rear)

Background History on the car: Took me years to hunt this example down and its near impossible to get anything as nice for this price.I purchased this car from Top Gear Porsche, they took the car in as a trade in on a GT from Jan Otto. Jan is the co-owner of Lou La Vie in Miami. I became aware of the car when the owner of Top Gear Porsche personally gave me a call about the M3, being that these were the spec's I had been looking for years. So I enjoyed the car the entire summer, and as you know Chicago has some brutal winters and I wasn't one to drive anything this nice during the winter months so I had it tucked away in storage and I listed it on e-bay.
