2001 BMW 540IA V8 4.4 Auto, runs/drives needs work TLC E39

2001 BMW 540IA V8 Automatic runs/drives I've got probably over 3 grand already in the car looking to unload for a quick fast sale. Title in hand so bring cash in hand! It's a good looking car needs some TLC or the right person to bring it back to life or if you ever wanted a parts car for your 5 series. The parts alone on this car are worth double/triple what I'm asking for it! It's a good looking classic V8 BMW at really low price!

The Good:

I recently replaced the following parts/services:

New parts: frontfog lights, hood release cable both ends, air and cabin filters, replaced lefttail light, newrear brake hoses, coolant expansion tank, and radiator coolant shroud, ccv (the engine started smoking not sure if mechanic installed wrong or what or if it's something more?!) Mahle Fuel filter, new key from BMW dealership. New left front door window regulator and will include the right rear door regulator. Good tires, brakes. Mobil 1 oil change.

The bad:

dent right front fender

interior needs work, drivers door interior handle does not work, exterior has scratches, dents paint chips normal stuff from a 2001 aged car. The sunroof track is broken and needs fix.

The engine has a PS leak, and smokes after started and while driven it did eventually go away.

Needs a battery

Looking for a quick sale, bring cash and a trailer or a tow truck have title in hand.
