This car has every option you could possibly want on a car, it comes with factory navigation, M sport front and rear bumpers, wheels, and the sport interior finished in Red leather. What a fun car to drive with the 6 Speed Automatic Transmission and factory installed paddle shifters on the steering wheel. My favorite part of this car is the Pear White paint, you will not see many BMW's in this color, especially with the Red interior! Everything on this car works as it should with no issue, the leather interior is in excellent shape with not rips, tears, or wear marks. And the paint is also in like new condition! PAYING FOR YOUR PURCHASE
Payment for your purchase can be made by: Cash (in person), Certified check or Bank Transfer. Payment in full must be received within 2 business days from the closing date of the auction. Failure to comply with any part of the payment rules could void the transaction, but only at the discretion of the seller. If these forms or terms of payment are not acceptable, please do not bid. Sales Tax and Fees may vary from state to state please call to verify you state taxes. Buyers outside of Florida are responsible for applicable taxes in your state. All sales will have a $0 documentary fee. A $500.00 non refundable good faith deposit is required within 24 hours and immediately on buy it now items.

TITLE INFORMATION
In the State of Florida, most titles to vehicles are held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments from the time the vehicle is paid off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. We are a licensed and bonded dealer in the state of Florida and guarantee a clean title on all our vehicles. Titles will be forwarded by overnight service for proper tracking. All legal documents for retail purchase will come from LoSchiavo Motorsports LLC. Dealers license. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

A $1000.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of auction close, NO EXCEPTIONS. After using the "BUY IT NOW" feature on the EBAY ad you will be then prompted to make an IMMEDIATE deposit of $500.00 through paypal to ensue the auction has closed and that you are the winner. We then require that within 24hrs you make an additional deposit of $500.00 to Loschiavomotoersports@gmail.com for the remaining balance of the required $1000.00 Deposit. If you require a 30 day temporary tag, we will collect your home state sales tax and provide an affidavit so you won't have to pay again at home when registering the car.
