I am a private seller and second owner of this extremely nice BMW. This car runs and drives great with awesome performance and handling for a large sedan. I bought the car 2 years ago from the original local owner and have put 18,000 pleasurable miles on her. The car looks very nice both inside and out for a car that’s 20 years old. To my knowledge, no one has ever smoked in the car.

The car runs and drives like new with plenty of power and great mileage for a large sedan. It gets 25MPG on the highway and about 19MPG when averaging highway and city driving. The motor runs great, transmission shifts as new, the car runs cool, the AC blows ice cold and in general the car is very tight and solid. The ride is super smooth, quie, and luxurious. I would not hesitate to drive this car anywhere.

If the car were in perfect condition, it’s value would be at least double what the opening bid is for this auction. The only warning light illuminated is the airbag light, have been told its pass seat occupancy sensor. The exterior is in nice overall condition with the exception of some oxidation on the roof and hood and a small ding at the driver’s side fender area over the wheel well (see pics). The interior of the car is also in very good condition as you can see in the pictures with minimal wear and no stains or tears. Interior carpet is clean and 4 new matching floormats have just been installed. New tires with 4 wheel alignment in December. Freash full synththetic oil every 3500 miles. Included are original footrests, owner’s manual, and new-owner audio orientation program.

The e38 BMW's are a very desirable automobile and highly sought after. It remains among the last of the truly reliable and easily maintained/repaired 7 series sedans.It is getting very difficult to find one with low mileage and in such great original condition. Color combination is very important, and when buying a used car of this age and wanting one with low mileage and good condition it gets even harder. It took me over a year to find this car . If this is the car you are looking for, don't wait and miss out. This car will sell and from experience, a few bucks more for the right car is well worth it.
