I am the second owner and the car was purchased at a Carmax with a MaxCare Warranty until 100k miles or mid-2019, whichever comes first. The warranty is really good and covers mostly everything for only a $50 deductible at CarMax or $100 at any independent BMW shop/dealer (originally paid $2875). Great warranty, and is confirmed to be transferable after purchase.
